Nobel Peace Prize Nominee: Dr. Rubina Feroze Bhatti

Dr. Rubina Feroze Bhatti, a distinguished leader with Flow Impact, boasts over two decades of experience in education, human rights, nonprofit, and public policy reform. A dedicated advocate for marginalized communities, Dr. Bhatti is renowned for her efforts to foster inclusive, diverse, and socially just practices.

Her illustrious career is decorated with 29 international and national awards, including a Nobel Peace Prize nomination and two appearances in News International’s “100 Most Influential Women in Pakistan.” Esteemed organizations such as the United Nations Development Program, the International Visitors Leadership Program (USA), and the US Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs have recognized her contributions.

Dr. Rubina has also been honored by the Nobel Women’s Initiative (Canada), the Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace & Justice (University of San Diego), and the US Consulate General (Pakistan). With a global influence spanning over 30 countries, Dr. Bhatti has collaborated with UN agencies, governments, and NGOs, significantly advancing international peace and development.

At Stanford University, Dr. Bhatti serves as a Visiting Scholar, enriching academic discourse with her publications on leadership, interfaith harmony, and human rights, with a strong focus on diversity, equality, and inclusion. She has spearheaded multi-sectoral collaborations to address bonded labor abuse in Pakistan and advocated for impactful interventions.

As General Secretary of the Pakistan Partnership Initiative, she has demonstrated exemplary leadership in promoting diversity and inclusivity, crafting a Charter of Demands to defend minority children’s rights, and organizing the inaugural Christian Women Leadership Conference to empower women from minority communities.

As a former Commissioner at the National Commission on the Rights of Child, Dr. Bhatti monitored child rights in Punjab, addressed violations, provided technical advice on legislation, and represented the organization to foreign delegates and media. Her tenure as Executive Director of the Taangh Wasaib Organization saw her leading strategic planning, securing disaster relief grants, initiating human rights education in schools, supporting women, and campaigning against violence, leaving a profound impact on the communities she served.

Duane Dahl: Visionary Leader in Tech, Entrepreneurship and Philanthropy

Duane Dahl is a distinguished expert with extensive C-Suite experience, having served across both for-profit and nonprofit sectors. As a successful entrepreneur, Duane is widely regarded as a thought leader in startups and marketing, possessing a profound understanding of consumer audiences and the art of storytelling.

Duane’s entrepreneurial journey began with the first-ever online dating site, Kiss.com. This innovative platform later became uDate.com globally, which was publicly traded and later sold to Match.com for $150 million. Building on this success, Dahl’s team ventured into the food tech industry with a pioneering local and organic food property.

Duane played a pivotal role in the creation and execution of nonprofits Live Earth and Earthlab focused on environmental education. The Live Earth concerts were staged on each of the 7 continents – all on July 7, 2007 and broadcast across 132 countries, setting a record for online entertainment with over 15 million video streams. The event featured iconic performances by Dave Mathews Band, Foo Fighters, Genesis, Bon Jovi, Madonna, Lenny Kravitz, and more.

In television and film, Dahl served as a producer for notable feature films such as “Must Love Dogs” starring Diane Lane and John Cusack, and “Paul Blart: Mall Cop” with Kevin James. His television credits include Lifetime’s “Lovespring Intl,” “Perfect Romance,” and NBC’s “Science of Love.”

In 2023, Duane was the Executive Producer for the documentary “Beyond Water” in partnership with the Lenovo Foundation and WTW. Shot in the Amazon, Nepal, and the Dominican Republic, Beyond Water explores themes of volunteering, women’s empowerment, and water scarcity. “Beyond Water” was recognized as a finalist for the 2024 Anthem Film Award.

Duane is committed to nurturing entrepreneurs and children. He is a dedicated father to three beautiful and intelligent children, future leaders in their own right. Dahl’s multifaceted career and unwavering dedication to innovation, children, environmental causes, and storytelling continue to inspire and influence many across the globe.
